An unforgettable and kid-friendly way to discover Paris!

If you’re visiting Paris with your family, a private boat cruise with Babylon City Tours is an absolute must! We had the best time, and our guide, François, made it so special. He was amazing with our kids (10yo and 3yo)—sharing fun historical facts that kept them totally engaged and made the whole experience both fun and educational. The pastries/ snacks on board was delicious (and I am French!), and the setting couldn’t have been more magical, even with a gloomy weather. Cruising along the Seine with stunning views of Paris was a wonderful way to explore the city, especially...

Christophe was perfect for our family walking tour. The boat tour portion comes as a separate ticket and can be used anytime. That part was a little confusing, but only because we thought we were going to miss it.

Eden was Fabulous!

EDEN was fabulous! Very engaging w our daughters, (9 & 12) and easy to understand. She took us on the Seine River tour followed by a walking tour around the Center of Paris. Eden was sweet and knowledgable. With some famous Macarons in our hand, we found ourselves at the end of the tour wishing it were longer! Would definitely recommend!!

FAQ's

The full 2-hour experience includes a 1-hour guided walking tour starting at Trocadéro, a 1-hour private boat cruise along the Seine (max 10 guests on the boat), a professional guide for both portions, and light refreshments — coffee and croissants for morning departures or champagne for evening departures.

The walking tour starts at Trocadéro, on the right bank with one of the best vantage points in Paris for Eiffel Tower views and photos.

From Trocadéro you'll see the Eiffel Tower, then walk past the Palais de Tokyo, the Flame of Liberty (unofficial Princess Diana memorial), the Grand Palais and Petit Palais (built for the 1900 World Expo), and across the Pont Alexandre III with views of the Invalides golden dome.

The boat passes the Assemblée Nationale, Musée d'Orsay, the Louvre, Pont des Arts (commissioned by Napoleon, once covered in love locks), Académie Française, La Monnaie de Paris (the mint since 864 AD), La Samaritaine, Pont Neuf, Île de la Cité, Notre-Dame, and Île Saint-Louis.

No — the tour is built around exterior views and narration from the walking route and the boat. Entry to the museums and monuments along the route isn't included. The Louvre, Orsay, Grand Palais, and Invalides are seen from outside or from the water.

An exclusive sightseeing boat reserved only for your group, capped at 10 guests. The vessel is designed for the Seine with comfortable seating and clear sightlines — not a large commercial cruise boat.

The Seine cruise runs approximately 1 hour, following the 1-hour walking portion and covering the central stretch of river from the Assemblée Nationale past Notre-Dame to Île Saint-Louis.

Outside food and drinks generally aren't allowed on the boat. The tour provides coffee and croissants on morning departures and a glass of champagne on evening departures. Additional snacks or tapas can be arranged in advance on request — mention this when booking.

Light refreshments are included on the boat — coffee and croissants for morning slots, or a glass of champagne for evening departures. Nothing else is provided, but you can pre-order additional snacks or tapas when booking.
