We’ve been to the museum before. While impressive and educational, it was a little overwhelming. This time we decided to get a guide and it made all the difference. Luis made it very interesting and interactive especially for our 7 year old child.

I had Ivo for my guide and I felt that the entire experience was enhanced by his knowledge and willingness to explain if all to us . My 11 yo boy had a great time and Ivo can answer all his Dino fossils questions - Ivo leave no stones unturned … haha

We had a fantastic tour at the National History Museum thanks to our amazing guide Guy! He did an incredible job keeping our three-year-old engaged and excited the entire time—no small feat! He showed us all the best highlights of the museum and made sure the tour was tailored to what we were most interested in. It was informative, fun, and perfectly paced for our family. We had a fantastic time exploring the Natural History Museum with Laurence. From the very start, he knew how to capture everyone’s attention, both our kids (4 and 7 years old) and us parents. We had this tour on March 11 with Ivo. This was our favorite thing we did in London. The museum was amazing but to be honest Ivo is what made it stand out. He was the absolute best. His knowledge was tremendous. My kids loved him. I can’t say enough good things about him. Would definitely recommend!

Lawrence was very "on top of things," sending us pre-tour messages and giving us pointers about arriving on time because of traffic. Even the meeting place before tour was nearly impossible to miss (red phone booth next to the main entrance). Lawrence has a great sense of humor (touting that he was the official tour guide of the NBA & NFL having given private tours to famous players) and really knows the best things to see within the walls of the massive. This was the best trip in London!! It took me a while to get there, but it was worth it. The NHM is the best walk. My annoyance was only because I could not take my daughter to see the dinosaurs [she loves], but will stay for the next visit. I saw dinosaurs, mammals and insects. It was wonderful. I highly recommend the visit, especially if you go with children. They're gonna love to see everything from close.

Jaime was a fabulous guide. He took us through 700 years of paintings, choosing the perfect paintings to highlight. He used history and the artists’ personal lives to make the paintings even more intriguing. We left with a breadth of knowledge that we truly appreciate. This wasn’t a rushed tour but rather in-depth dive. A++!

Well paced tour. Our guide Jamie was very knowledgeable. Did a good job of keeping the group of 8 together. Only saw a small section of the museum simply because it’s enormous. Jamie’s comments were enlightening and provided great context for the exhibits.
