Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. We strongly recommend leaving early to allow extra time for traffic or unexpected delays. Tours begin promptly at the scheduled time, and late arrivals may not be able to join once the tour has started.

Your guide will be easy to spot—they’ll be wearing a Babylon badge on a Babylon lanyard. On the morning of your tour, they’ll also contact you to confirm the meeting point. To make sure everything goes smoothly, please provide us with your direct mobile number (including country and area code) and an email address you can access during your trip. Please be sure to check your SPAM folder if you don't see the email in your inbox. Yes! All tickets for the permanent collection are included and organized by Babylon Tours. We reserve all entry tickets beforehand to ensure our groups enter to make the most of their time!

No. Viator is an online travel agent and booking platform that resells our tours. We are Babylon Tours, an independent Tour Operator currently offering experiences in 12 major cities worldwide. Yes! You can reschedule free of charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. For rescheduling within 24 hours, a fee applies to cover guide payments, unused tickets, and company costs (no profit is made on this fee). If you booked through a booking platform like Viator or GetYourGuide, you must reschedule directly with them.

Please inform your guide as soon as possible. If this is a semi-private tour, it must start on time. If your tour is ticketed, the guide will reply to your message with the tickets so you can enter the museum or monument on your own and try to join the guide inside if possible. Please note that once the tour begins, the guide will not be able to regularly check their phone. We can only guarantee meeting your guide at the designated meeting point before the tour starts. If your transportation is cancelled, please reply directly to your guide’s message to let them know you won’t be able to join the tour. The refund policy does NOT cover transportation issues reported within 24 hours of the tour’s start time. However, we can offer you the option to reschedule, subject to availability. No, tickets cannot be shared in advance. Your guide will meet you at the designated meeting point with the tickets, and you’ll enter together as a group. The exact meeting point is listed on your confirmation voucher. To ensure a smooth start, please arrive at least 10 minutes before the tour begins—we can only guarantee meeting your guide at the specified time and place.

Yes! You’re welcome to remain in the museum until closing time. Just let your guide know before the tour finishes, and they’ll send the tickets to your phone so you can continue exploring on your own (internet connection required)

You don’t need to worry about downloading your entry tickets—your guide will have them ready for you. Simply bring your booking confirmation (a phone version is fine). If you’d like to keep the tickets after the tour to continue exploring on your own, just ask your guide at the end of the tour and they will make sure to share it with you (internet connection required).

Yes, our tours run rain or shine. Please check the forecast and dress appropriately. Tours will only be canceled in the event of a dangerous weather alert from local authorities.

Yes, all our tours are led by professional English Speaking Tour Guides. Also some of our PRIVATE Tours can be booked in other languages. Every tour has a specific starting point. You can find this on your confirmation email and voucher. Also if you provided us with your direct phone number with country and area code as well as email address, your guide will be able to contact you the day of the tour to confirm last minute details on how to meet them.

Some of our “combo tours” require transportation between each section of the tour. In these cases we only use private car services such as Uber or local taxis and this service is included in the price of the tour. In case of high volumes of traffic, your guide might propose alternative transportation using public transport .

We offer museum tours and city walking tours. For those who want to make the most of their time, we have “combo tours” that combine both museum and walking tours to provide a broader view of the city. Choose the Private Tour option to have a guide dedicated exclusively to you and your group, or a Semi-Private Tour where you’ll join a small group, guaranteed to be limited in size for a more personal and engaging experience.

Our museum tours are entirely done inside each museum. Some of our Walking Tours can enter certain monuments, check tour descriptions for details. Please check the inclusions on the tour description to know if we enter or not any specific monument you would like to see inside. No. All of our tours have designating meeting points, depending on the city we recommend using Uber or Taxi. We strongly advise leaving early to avoid any traffic delays.

All our museum or monument tours include a time entry ticket that we reserve for the entire group. Generally, depending on the venue, this ticket will grant access via a separate entrance or ensure we enter at a specific time or with specific priority. When booking a tour with us you are guaranteed to have your entry ticket reserved.

We keep our groups small to ensure a personal and interactive experience with your guide. Group sizes vary depending on the tour, ranging from 5 to a maximum of 12 guests per guide. We require that there is an accompanying adult for each booking. Once that condition is covered, guests of all ages are welcomed on our tours. If you are planning to book a tour for your family with small kids, we recommend looking into our Family Friendly Private Tours. We strive to make all our tours accessible to guests with mobility needs. Some tours may only be available as Private Tours to allow for alternative routes and accessible entrances. Outdoor tours depend on street conditions and terrain, so accessibility may vary. We recommend that guests using a wheelchair bring an accompanying person to assist during the tour. While we do not provide wheelchairs, if you’ve booked a museum tour, your guide will help you request one from the museum’s available stock at the start of the tour. While we do not have a specific discount, we adapt our prices for kids and teenagers so they are as cheap as they can be. As we only run very small groups, all participants count. Yes! You can either purchase a gift card or book a tour directly for someone else. When booking for another person, we recommend providing their contact details so we can communicate with them directly regarding the tour, ensuring a smooth experience on the day.
